Important Notice
Our business operates on a subscription-based model for AI-powered desktop software. As our service is digital and provided instantly upon payment, refunds are generally not supported.
General Refund Policy
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Once a subscription purchase is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Digital Service: As we provide instant access to digital services upon payment, refunds cannot be processed once service access has been granted.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error on our end.
- Service Unavailability: If our service is completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to issues on our end.
Refund Process

- Provide your subscription details and a clear description of the issue
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
- If approved, refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription period.
